PLEASE NOTE: These are PART TIME positions, there is a 1k gross hiring bonus paid out over one year for individuals new to UVMHN.

This position assists with the daily activities of a clinical site and facilitates the flow of patients by providing clerical and clinical health care support to patients and family under the direction of a provider. The position requires mastery of basic clinical activities and some advanced clinical activities.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in a relevant area preferred. CPR certification required.

EXPERIENCE:

One year experience providing or assisting in direct patient care required for a Medical Assistant II. Those lacking patient care experience will be considered at the Medical Assistant I level.
