The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Experienced Staff Analyst to support a variety of activities across the WMI Team, with a focus on Equipment Services, Tooling and Materials Management and Transportation (MM&T) Skill Teams in Tukwila, WA!
The Staff Analyst will play a key role in implementing standard processes to ensure fairness and consistency throughout skill teams.
The Workforce Management Integration (WMI) Team leads hourly and salary skill teams across the Boeing Enterprise to provide comprehensive skills management oversight. Our mission is to create, lead, and oversee workforce development initiatives, manage the functional staffing plan, and drive commonality of processes, tools, and work statements across skill teams. We also lead skill team meetings and associated activities to ensure alignment and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Skill Team Leaders, Staffing Integrators, Hourly Workforce, and Global Talent to develop agendas for Skill Team Meetings (both hourly and salary).
Partner with Joint Programs to support Career Guide Reviews for MM&T, Tooling, and Equipment Services.
Serve as Promotions Coordinator/Focal for some of our salary skill codes.
Maintain and manage server and SharePoint sites across MM&T, Tooling, and Equipment Services.
Coordinate interview logistics for MM&T, Tooling, and Equipment Services.
Manage hiring test assessment coordination across functions.
Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives.
Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and initiatives.
Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues and provide implementation recommendations.
Continuously assess meeting and review architectures for effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
1+ years of experience using reporting tools
1+ years of experience developing/maintaining resource management, risk management, and project management
3+ years working in a customer facing environment while being directly involved in gathering requirements
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in staffing, hiring, and workforce planning within a complex organizational environment
Experience coordinating interviews, promotions, and training initiatives is highly desirable

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $83,700-$98,000
