This role involves providing a superior level of support to customers by answering inquiries related to quality and regulatory requirements of products within the Nourish business unit of IFF.
The scope of the job is within the EAME (Europe, Africa and Middle East) region but it also entails global aspects, supporting primarily the ingredients portfolio. As part of the Global Regulatory Affairs department, you will join a team of eight colleagues with a great team spirit and will be located at the Campus Brabrand in Denmark.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an exciting international environment and collaborate with colleagues on a global scale. You will work with the Global Quality department and other internal stakeholders to provide accurate information to customers. Responsibilities
- Provide first line support to customers related to product's documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Complete customer documentation according to policies.
- Manage the review and updating of documents.
- Manage customer documentation requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor customer needs and expectations, and identify the need for expanding and harmonizing existing documentation.
- Stay up-to-date about current and upcoming legislation and assess whether documentation is impacted by these.
Job Requirements
- University degree in science or related fields, or similar level through experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, in quality or regulatory affairs within the food industry.
- Ability to draw information from various sources.
- Ability to work independently and within cross functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Experienced use of IT.
