Integrated Project Team Lead

The Opportunity:  

As an Integrated Project Team Lead, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Project Management Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll execute and deliver programs in support of Hypersonic Testing systems. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Project and regular interactions with SMEs, Mission Partners, Chief Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors, Program Management, and more.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a project management role

  • 2+ years of experience managing subcontractors through Statement of Work execution

  • Experience with planning project resources to build and manage project delivery

  • Experience managing highly technical projects

  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently

  • Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project

  • Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to project stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of scheduled milestones

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience managing highly technical, mechanical, or test facility projects

  • Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Project to build and manage project delivery schedules

  • Knowledge of 3D CAD design software, such as SolidWorks

  • Master's degree in Engineering
