Job Duties: Associate, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Test functionality of Payment processing through payment schemes available globally including Swift, Fedwire, ACH, Checks, RTP, SEPA, BACS, and VISA. Validate payment messaging scheme contracts across systems including SWIFT, Nacha, ISO 20022, and Standard 18 and ensuring adherence to specifications. Design and document QA procedures and build automation test suites for end-to-end testing of payment processing and manage payment testing project with QA engineers. Analyze, design, and propose enhancements to Transactions banking procedures and processes to improve scope, performance and reduce manual effort.

Job Requirements: Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field such as Computer Information Systems and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field such as Computer Information Systems and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with Master’s OR five (5) years with Bachelor’s with the following: payment systems or rails including SWIFT, ACH, checks, Fedwire, RTP, SEPA, BACS, and CHAPS; payment file formats including SWIFT, Nacha, ISO 20022, and standard 18; Smoke, Sanity, Functional, and regression testing methodologies; SQL queries to extract, manipulate and validate data for testing process in Relational Databases such as Oracle or MySQL; payment lifecycle including Fraud, Sanctions, Credit, Debit, and Ledger postings; and third party integration testing for payment processing including industry standard integrations including API, SFTP, and MQ integrations.
