Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Enablement, the Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with the Senior Instructional Designer and Operations Enablement team to design, develop, and maintain engaging digital content for various training initiatives within Operations. The Instructional Designer will play a key role in creating learning materials, modules, and resources to support team performance and enhance efficiency and quality of work and will help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to designing communication materials for Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside the Senior Instructional Designer and Operations Enablement to develop compelling and impactful eLearning content for various teams within Operations.
- Execute the design and development of training materials for small and medium-sized projects, including workflow trainings, systems updates, and one-page resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise, approve, and maintain training content for relevance and accuracy.
- Attend stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert (SME) meetings to gather requirements and insights.
- Manage, maintain, and audit the LMS and knowledge base to ensure courses are assigned and completed by appropriate audiences and content is updated as changes occur.
- Organize and update the Operations roadmap document with new requests and schedule intake meetings as needed.
- Analyze learner data such as completion rates, knowledge checks, and survey responses and document findings in the Operations roadmap document.
- Upload courses to the LMS, add tags, and manage user integration as needed.
- Initiate migration to new LMS and audit inactive content in the LMS.
- Explore opportunities for new software, technology, and instructional design methodologies.

What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Proven track record in translating business needs into scalable and impactful enablement solutions, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience using learning management systems.
- Familiarity with instructional design software and tools (Rise, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development initiatives.
- The ability, resilience and solution-focused mindset to thrive autonomously in hyper-growth environments.
The target base salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
