Position Overview:

Intapp is seeking an experienced leader to head its Compliance products. This individual will lead a product team focused on delivering an industry-leading Walls and Employee Compliance solutions. They will collaborate with product teams across the entire Intapp solution portfolio to help enable the Intapp Intelligence Applied vision. This position requires significant engagement with a wide range of stakeholders from senior product, engineering, AI, and services leadership, internal end-users and team leads, partners, ISVs, and, most importantly, clients.

What you'll do:

• Own the definition, communication, and execution of the product strategy to support revenue targets of the business unit.

• Be directly involved in quarterly and annual product strategy planning across Accounting, Consulting, & Financial Services industries.  

• Take a hands-on role in managing client escalations, troubleshooting issues directly with customers, and ensuring client satisfaction through timely resolution and proactive engagement.

• Act as both a leader and individual contributor—able to step in and execute day-to-day product management activities such as requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, writing user stories, and supporting release planning. 

• Define and drive the AI strategy across Employee Compliance and Walls, including zero-entry workflows, intelligent permissioning, and agent-assisted compliance.

• Identify KPIs for individual product areas and set goals for the team. Mentor and support the career growth of your Product Management team.  

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience with B2B Enterprise Product Management; ideally with a good deal of your experience with people and product leadership, with demonstrable success stories.

• Substantial experience building B2B products that realized some scale; you were part of growing them to $50M plus.

• Technical Bachelor's degree and MBA, are preferred

• Comfort moving fluidly between strategic planning and tactical execution, from engaging with executives on product direction to writing user stories and running client and escalation calls.

• Proven experience bringing to market AI and Agentic solutions, and complex business applications and administrative tools.

• An effective communicator, able to evangelize to various audiences.  

• A creative thinker who is unafraid to challenge the status quo and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
