We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our specialized technical functions, including Security & IT, Product Management, and Design. In this role, you'll build and develop a team of recruiters while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic hiring plans that support Anthropic's mission to create safe and beneficial AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing coaching, performance management, and career development
• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
• Partner with leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and hiring priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across technical functions to understand their needs and ensure effective talent acquisition
• Establish recruiting best practices that emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, metrics, and candidate experience

You May Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, 1+ years of recruiting management
• Have experience scaling recruiting functions in high-growth environments
• Demonstrate a passion for Robotics & Autonomy to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
• Bring deep expertise in recruiting for technical roles
• Have strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive recruiting strategy
• Are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt well to change
• Have experience implementing and optimizing recruiting processes and systems
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience recruiting for Software Robotics and Software Autonomy organizations
• Experience in the DoD industry

US Salary Range$100,000—$100,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
