The Substance Use Recovery Home Supervisor is an exciting position at Sinnissippi Centers that reflects the agency’s commitment to expanding its continuum of services for people who use substances. The SCI Recovery Home Manager will be responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of one of our Recovery Homes, a residential facility.
Objectives
· Develop evidence-based substance use management and treatment programming
· Supervise non-clinical staff
· Create and facilitate staff training related to substance use disorders and services
· Ensure regulatory compliance of services and documentation
· Collect data on service utilization and quality
· Perform other administrative and clinical functions as required

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in a relevant human services degree program
· Five years of related experience or training in social work, counseling, or psychology
· CADC Required (or near completion)
Preferred Qualifications
· Supervisory experience
· Experience providing or supervising substance use disorder services
· QMHP or Licensure (LCPC/LCSW)
Salary is $57,227 annual.
