You will be tasked with solving complex and unique problems, each presenting a new challenge. Based in our brand-new Hamburg Hafencity office, you will collaborate with a diverse and international team of analysts. Your work will be closely related to the European energy transition, contributing to a sustainable and greener future.<br/>  </p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work with the central energy trading and risk management (ETRM) tool (Endur), ensuring efficient and effective operations</li><li>Drive our Quality Assurance and Test Automation Development and the introduction of related testing tools.</li><li>Direct interaction with a variety of stakeholders, including trading, risk management, and trade control</li><li>Build expertise on both the business and the system, learning from long-standing experts in the field</li><li>Take charge of maintaining and advancing existing commodity product implementations in the ETRM (Endur) system for power, fuels, and emissions</li><li>Leverage your expertise to configure / implement sophisticated valuation and risk models, including PnL, Value at Risk, Monte Carlo simulations and Stress Testing</li><li>Drive test automation and QA within our ETRM environment</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>These are our requirements, but if you meet around 70% of them and are motivated to learn and grow, we warmly encourage you to apply.</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. We welcome applicants from various fields of study, as the exact discipline is less important than your ability to solve complex problems.</li><li>Proven experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or custom-built frameworks)</li><li>Familiarity with Power Shell scripting and Python development experience</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and integration of automated tests into pipelines</li><li>Extensive experience in QA within trading or any financial platforms, with a focus on testing complex trading systems</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with Endur or simila
