AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line *Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant* to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Albion, MI. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!! We have 1st and 3rd shifts available. The shifts are 12 hours 7 to 7. We are seeking individuals that have experience with hoyer lifts for transferring client to wheelchair or bed. Client is verbal and detailed on anything they need assistants with. We assist this client with meal prep, cooking, and feeding. We assist with driving to and from appointments or outings when the client asks. We do drive their personal vehicle that is equipped for wheelchair transport. You will assist the nurse with personal care as needed. During each shift there is light housekeeping to help maintain a clean organized environment.

Ability to start work immediately after completing our hiring process!

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to Travel within the Service Area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
