What You Will Do:
Guidehouse’s Provider Strategy & Innovation Solutions Area is responsible for solving the most complex strategic issues across a variety of provider organizations (health systems, hospitals, physician groups, ACO/CIN, integrated delivery systems, AMCs, etc.) to achieve growth objectives through enterprise strategic plans, service line plans, partnerships, M&A, and new market entry strategies.
Typically, Senior Consultants work on multiple assignments at any given time and receive exposure to a broad range of healthcare projects, including: strategic planning, physician enterprise solutions, healthcare reform readiness, physician/hospital integration, financial /risk modeling, and merger and acquisition design. Senior Consultants support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results.
Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

What You Will Need:
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
Minimum Degree Status: Graduate Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program (MBA, MHA, MPH, MA or MS) through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025)
Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
MBA, MHA, MPH, MA, or MS or a similar graduate degree is preferred
Previous strategy consulting experience is preferred
Healthcare provider or fellowship experience and/or education in health economics is strongly desired
Knowledge of Business Analytics software such as Access, SAS or R, and/or SQL
Strong knowledge of and application of healthcare research resources
Understanding of market/financial analysis in context of healthcare provider needs
Strong quantitative and organizational skills
Must be able to demonstrate written and oral communication and presentation skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Facility with and knowledge of Microsoft
