Working remotely in the central time zone as an entry level Treasury Funds Transfer Analyst within the Treasury Management PIER Group (Payments, Investigations, Exceptions Resolution) - ACH Exceptions Group, you will live and work in one of the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Missouri, Louisiana, Minnesota, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: Work Hours: 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, CST.
*Shift differential is paid for all hours worked after 5 pm.

In this very fast-paced, high volume, entry-level position, you will review, verify and process ACH returns for corporate customers and government payment returns. In addition you will process death notifications via the reclamation process, follow Reg E guidelines and research and process fraud disputes and ACH returns.

- 1 year of related payments experience.
- Knowledge of NACHA, Zelle, TeleCheck, Reg E and death notification entry (DNE) refund process is a plus.

Job Description

  • Executes funds transfers of multiple types and varying complexity using multiple processing platforms under general supervision.
  • Initiates a subset of manual transactions, resolves routine exceptions, and/or provides secondary approval of initiated/repaired transactions
  • Performs high-level financial reconciliation of processed transactions. Performs initial investigation of reconciliation exceptions.
  • Monitors live transactions within multiple processing applications, follows standard policies and procedures to address exceptions. Escalates appropriately when faced with an unresolved exception or impactful issue.
  • Ensures compliance with the control framework. Identifies and reports potential conflicts with relevant regulations to the appropriate parties.
  • Participation in basic change management activities upon request (e.g. executing basic operational regression user testing scripts).
