Marketing Project Manager/Collaboration Coordinator - OP01288

We invite an experienced, proactive, and motivated Collaboration Coordinator to join Dev.Pro. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, using your skills to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for our existing teams. We'll work on exciting projects designed to boost our company’s reputation within the industry and build trust with our contracted specialists.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably 2+ years in managerial positions in the IT industry
• Experience in lead generation and validation
• Strong interest and understanding of best promotional channels and strategies
• Upper-Intermediate English level (ability to produce compelling content quickly)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, autonomy
• Strategic thinking; robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Readiness to handle diverse tasks; effective task prioritization; ability to take initiative in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges

Desirable:

• Experience in team management, including both in-house and in external agency settings (leading and mentoring teams to achieve set objectives within deadlines)

🧩What will your role look like?

In this role, you’ll be overseeing the development and implementation of various internal and external strategies carried out by our team, with a particular emphasis on lead generation, validation, and processing activities.

• Delegate tasks to project team members; oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of new campaigns and projects
• Provide supervision to the team, ensuring that projects are completed within set timelines and budgets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, represent the team to cross-functional groups
• Generate detailed reports to measure and track the performance of projects; provide visibility to C-level executives and other senior stakeholders on project progress and results
• Assist in the development and execution of the company’s key initiatives, such as US-based and global CTO dinners
