Job description:
 

As an IT Cloud Operations Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2 Cloud Delivery organization. Work closely with program manager to support NS2 Cloud initiatives. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, collectproject data and prepare go-live communications. Participate in special projects, as required.

 

• Effectively participate in cross-functional project teams and the problem solving process
• Conduct technical hands-on work with Cloud and On-premise application as business needsevolve
• May create, review, deliver, and update end-user documentation (user guide, process flowcharts, and training materials)and training for accuracy
• Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
• Perform key Recordkeeping functions
• Perform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures
• Assist Supervisors in handling and resolving issues involving all operational and various ITareas
• Complete system testing for Change Control enhancements
• Maintain clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and Management
• Adhere to internal procedures and best practices at all times
• Project Management (Work streams including Change and Implementation, Technology)
• Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up toand through change control
• Assist with basic hands-on data center operations

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self- motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized
• Possess interest, ability and skill writing low to medium complexity shell scripts and softwareprograms ( BASH, Python , or Perl), as well as have the ability to complete basic Linux system administration tasks
• Past knowledge and experience with data network and IT security related items, includingmanaging and installing patches to servers preferred
• Must be obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate in Business, technology or related
• Mobility: 0-10% Travel
