About the Practice:

Our Bupa Dental Bourke Street practice is well known for its full range of dental services including restorative dental services, dentures, cosmetic dentistry, sedation and orthodontics including clear aligners and fixed braces. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist, as well as a Dental Assistant as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Two Separate Opportunities

We are recruiting for two part-time roles, each with its own availability requirements:

1. Dental Assistant (DA)
   • 27.5 hours
   • Monday - Friday 12:00pm – 6:00pm, with 30 mins break

 

1. Dental Assistant / Receptionist (DA/Rec) - Must have reception experience and a desire to learn DA
   • 27 hours
   • Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour break and Saturday 8:45am - 3:15pm, with 30 mins break

• Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments

• Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Treatment coordination 
• Provide instrument sterilisation
• Maintain infection control standards and procedures
• Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
• Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
• High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
