What You'll Do

• Oversee testing engagement management, including managing the budget, developing the testing programs, billing, and progress against the testing engagement timeline and milestones.
• Build and manage client relationships and accounts, driving the client experience on engagements.
• Develop and manage client relationships and accounts, driving the client experience on engagements.
• Conduct client meetings (kick off/closing meetings) and interviews.
• Formulate practical recommendations and best practices to improve business, risk and compliance processes.
• Review issues and findings discovered during testing to provide effective challenge and quality of supporting documentation.
• Writing and/or reviewing testing engagement reports.
• Assist in business development and development of proposals and client presentations.
• Assist in the development of our service offerings.
• Staying up to date with industry specific issues and emerging risks, laws, rules and regulations.  

What You'll Need

• Previous working experience as a Managing Director, or equivalent executive management role
• Hands on experience in developing strategic and business plans
• In depth knowledge of industry changes and forces that influence the regulatory risk environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis
