Your Impact


Key team player on AXON Enterprises success. You will support the Inventory Control team and ensure complete transfer orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner as well as help maintain inventory accuracy. You are analytical, well-organized and excel in communication.
Your Day to Day

  • Use software to track and check, inventory movements and on-hands.
  • Problem solves through inventory discrepancies.
  • Works with other departments to schedule and conduct quarterly inventory cycle counts.
  • Work with the analytics team to populate cycle count reports for finance department.
  • Use software to process inventory movements including adjustments, write offs and material conversions.
  • Create, release and pick transfer orders.
  • Ensure that all transfer orders and assigned counts are completed daily.
  • Resolve issues regarding inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Report to management on activities and issues.
  • Accountable to assess and recommend improvements for transfer order and inventory control processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage consumable supplies to be on hand to support daily task
  • Works with the ATF compliance and armory team to conduct quarterly material audits.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous inventory control experience
  • Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Able to operate a pallet jack safely

Physical Demands
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, carry for 8 of hours at a time; ability to lift 50 unaided; ability to ascend and descend stairs; ability to grasp and use small parts; ability to occasionally[kneel, crouch, bend as required to perform tasks


Work Environment

Within the Axon manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, ambient temperatures, close quarters, hazards associated with working around moving machinery, exposure to vibrations and industrial lighting
Personal Protective Equipment
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided by Axon and may be required when a job task(s) is being completed in or around your assigned department or in another department, this includes but is not limited to, safety eyewear, hearing protection. Employees are required to apply ergonomic correctness to all job tasks to the fullest extent possible.
