Job Title: Capital Projects Coordinator
What this job involves:
This position provides critical operational support to the Regional Facility Manager and Regional Engineering Manager, focusing on maintaining high-level service to facilities management colleagues, other Jones Lang LaSalle staff, clients, and vendors. The role involves financial planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing departmental activities, serving as a liaison between FM and PDS, and handling day-to-day project coordination.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Managing calendars and adhering to client company processes and procedures
Creating and managing project planning processes and preparing budgets
Supporting Regional FM and Group FM's with department budgets and operating reports
Developing cost controls and managing project-related applications (SAP, Ariba, MS Project)
Providing administrative support for correspondence, project plans, and expense reports
Tracking and creating dashboards for client Purchase Orders
Preparing and delivering technical and business presentations on small projects
Managing project scope and change management for active projects
Collaborating with the JLL FM Team to maintain detailed operational information
Providing interface and resources to clients, staff, and other JLL colleagues
Tracking client satisfaction scores and identifying value-added services
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5 years of operations and project management experience supporting managerial and executive level staff
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects spanning multiple functional areas
Ability to define and act in ambiguous situations with minimal direction
Preferred:
Experience with SAP, Ariba, and MS Project
Familiarity with facilities management and project delivery services
Experience in creating and maintaining performance databases and reports
Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in facilities management
Experience in organizing regional/local meetings, committees, and trainings
Estimated total compensation for this position:
