We are seeking a Front Office Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and ensure the office runs smoothly by performing a variety of administrative tasks. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing appointments
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars
• Ensure the front office area is clean and organized
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
