Salary & Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $27.72−$39.60 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)

• Shift Differentials:

  • Night Shift: +$3/hour

  • Weekend Shift: +$2/hour

Job Overview:
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic oncology medical-surgical team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Advocate for patient safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Educate patients and families about treatments and medications.

• Manage clinical situations autonomously.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida.

• 1+ year of recent nursing experience.

• Acute care experience preferred.

• Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience considered.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Work Environment:

• Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:5 - 1:6

• Shift Options:

  • Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (rotating weekends)

  • Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM (rotating weekends)
