What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the daily appointment flow.
  • Collect medical histories and accurately update patient records.
  • Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information within the practice management system.
  • Provide administrative support to help the hospital operate efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and the veterinary team to ensure a seamless experience.
