Social Media Content Support Specialist

This is a remote position.

You’ll work directly with a successful content creator in the fast-paced digital media space, transforming raw video footage into polished, engaging content while providing essential administrative support. Each editing project takes approximately 1.5 hours, following provided style guidelines and examples to maintain high-quality output. • Edit raw video footage using CapCut, adhering to style guidelines and provided examples.
  

• Manage and respond to email communications professionally and efficiently.
  

• Post finished content across social media platforms and YouTube channels.
  

• Maintain consistent content quality by following detailed editing instructions and brand standards.
  

• Handle administrative tasks to support content creation workflow and business operations.
  

• Collaborate directly with the content creator to ensure timely delivery of all edited materials.
  

• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of social media content with unlimited project volume.
  

• Strong interest in social media content creation and video editing.
  

• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
  

• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing and social media work.
  

• Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality content output.
  

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  

• Availability to work during UK/London timezone business hours.
