For our office in Kronberg im Taunus and/or Freiburg im Breisgau we are currently looking to hire:

• As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for both IT and SAP positions.
• Working closely with the Hiring Managers, you will develop appropriate search strategies, identify suitable candidates, approach them directly on social and professional networks (Xing, LinkedIn, etc.) and inspire them with your open-minded nature.
• Coordinating and conducting telephone or virtual interviews as well as job interviews in cooperation with the Hiring Managers complete your scope of duties.
• In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate network.
• Depending on your interests, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for and drive forward your own topics within the task environment.

Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology or a comparable qualification with an HR focus form the basis of your qualifications.
• You already have experience in active sourcing and hiring for positions in the IT environment.
• You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms.
• In addition, you speak fluent German and English.
