The Role:
As a clinical quality Senior Policy Analyst, you will coordinate and lead data analysis activities that support key initiatives such as the Quality Governance Framework for Tasmania's Publicly Funded Health Services, Key Quality Performance Indicators and National Sentinel Event reporting. You will provide expert advice on clinical quality and safety improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of policies and strategies that enhance healthcare outcomes across Tasmania.
You will need:
- Significant expertise and experience in policy and data analysis, review, research and evaluation.
- Proven project and change management skills including planning, managing risk, coordinating resources, interpersonal relations, the ability to influence people and time management skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively contribute to a high performing team, including the ability to be adaptable and flexible, work under pressure, cope with competing priorities and ambiguity, and role model this behaviour to other team members.

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, day worker position, working 68.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum pro rata. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
