Qualification: M. Sc or Degree in Engineering

Year of experience: Minimum 7 Yrs of Experience

 

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and trouble-free operation to achieve the targeted production within decided budget.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Planning the maintenance (both condition based and proactive) during idle period and non- production days
2. Planning the SKU wise production schedules to minimize changeover time.
3. Ensuring material availability prior to production
4. Increasing & Utilizing the FG stocking place to maximum extent.
5. Ensuring the availability of right quality Packing materials
6.  Ensuring availability of contract manpower by implementing motivation schemes
7. Ensuring consistency in quality of product by maintaining operational parameters of each & every equipment, better tracking & corrective actions
8. Initiate operational excellence to sustain and ensure improvements in the operational area through minimizing the bottler wastages
9. Creating safe environment by implementing system corrections at identified areas, Development of infrastructure to minimize accident, Ensuring availability of PPE, Tracking and reporting systems and initiation of corrective actions. Implementation of 2nd level of 5S programme, Introduction of new maintenance techniques like MTBR, MTBF.
10. Introducing proper development plans for basic skill & Competency mapping at all levels ,Train the supervisors to 2nd level in Navision i.e. Data analysis to meet targets and train at least 2 operators at different machines
