Our work depends on Capture Sr Director joining our team to drive leading edge technology insertion into our HHS customer missions to address their mission needs. This position will work closely with Business Development, Operations, AI / Mission Software / Cyber Centers of Excellence along with our unique Digital Accelerators to address mission needs across the Federal Health landscape.

HOW A CAPTURE SR DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Lead strategic/priority capture opportunities in specifically within Health and Human Services government markets.
● Will work closely with BD, Solution Architects, Pricing, Competitive Analysis to develop and deploy winning strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science - relevant area of coursework such as Information Technology, Systems Engineering preferred
● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Specific experience and familiarity with AL/ML, Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, Enterprise Architecture
● Required Skills and Abilities: As a Senior position within the Fed Health Growth team, communications, presentations, strategy development are all paramount to your success. This position will interact with all levels of GDIT leadership is must be able to effectively work within this environment
● Location: Hybrid position with split between remote work and GDIT offices

The likely salary range for this position is $211,245 - $276,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
