Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Lead located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Lead role involves being responsible for leading the work of others and participates in work related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies. Works with independence in carrying out duties with limited supervision.

What a typical day looks like:

• Coordinates the activities of subordinates.
• Ensures accurate, up-to-date records of inventory in stockroom and daily operations; completes necessary forms or paperwork for documentation.
• Designs stockroom layout and oversees rearranging process to 5S standards.
• Fills orders and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions, keeps records of storeroom inventory.
• May utilize computerized or automated system to accomplish tasks.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of material experience, including supervision.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of stand up forklift and pallet rider
• Previous leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, inventory analysis and troubleshooting.

Pay Range (Applicable to Illinois)

$19.93 USD - $26.91 USD Hourly
