Better</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Full remote – Portugal</li> <li>International project - English official language</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Node.js applications for various software projects.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features using JavaScript and related technologies.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices and standards.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the development process, providing timely solutions.</li> <li>Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and promoting an environment of continuous learning.</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for software applications</li> <li>Provide technical and troubleshooting support to stakeholders</li> <li>Test and debug code to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of defects together with IT QA engineer team</li> <li>Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions</li> <li>Participate and involve in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices</li> <li>Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software processes</li> <li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve coding skills and software quality</li> <li>Contribute to project / sprint planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of development tasks</li> <li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues as needed</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements and propose innovative solutions</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or coding</li> <li>Good understanding of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS).</li> <li>Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment</li> <li>Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed</li> <li>Good understanding on working with AWS (e.g. lambdas, Se, DynamoDB , etc)</li> <li>Good understanding on working in a CICD approach (e.g. terraform, jenkins, JFrog, etc)</li> </ul>
