Head of People & Culture (USA, East Coast, Remote)
Push SecurityAbout the role
We're looking for a Head of People & Culture to build the best company culture imaginable. Reporting directly to a CEO who views culture as the company’s greatest asset, you’ll play a key role in the vision to build an iconic and memorable company that has a positive impact on both our industry and the lives of our team members.
In this role, you'll know you’ve won if the team considers working at Push to be the most meaningful chapter in their careers, and their partners talk at the dinner table about how fortunate they are to have landed at Push.
Think remote companies can’t have an incredible culture? Think again. Culture isn’t about bean bags or fancy coffee machines—it’s about working with great people, with strong values who treat each other right. It’s about building a high-performing team who are trusted to do what they do best, focused on results rather than hours worked, and who have each other's backs when their teammates need time out to deal with one of life’s curveballs.
We’ve made a great start with the annual company retreat to help the team build closer bonds—safari in Africa (2023), and the stunning island of Monte Isola, Italy (2024)—an internal podcast for sharing personal stories, and an open time-off policy to promote work-life balance. But there is much more to do.
If you’re a high EQ person that wants to make a meaningful impact to a fast-growing team, let’s talk.
This is a remote role based anywhere in the US, Eastern timezone.
