Associate Solutions Engineer

About the opportunity: We’re in hyper-growth and developing our product to exceed expectations in the antiquated background check and credentialing market while building for scale and innovative future digital identity use cases. We are looking for a people person who thrives in customer-facing roles and can build strong relationships with diverse groups of people. While extensive experience with APIs is not mandatory, you should be comfortable explaining technical concepts in a simple and clear manner to customers. What you’ll do:

• Be a product expert, with extensive knowledge in the background check industry. 
• Be familiar with healthcare, credentialing information and workflows, and demonstrating this to customers to earn their trust on behalf of KarmaCheck.
• You will be a partner to the sales team in establishing trust and credibility with prospects and customers.  Ultimately you are the subject matter expert and a critical component of winning deals.
• Be able to run and own smaller sales cycles.
• Beyond sales, you will partner with the Delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post sales, and in some cases ongoing customer success.
• Be a connector between the product and sales team.
• Create and document scalable material and processes for the company that drive exponential growth, specifically for sales and pre-sales

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant customer facing work experience in the background check, HR technology, or an adjacent space 
• Familiarity with software development processes in a fast moving technology company
• Experience demoing software both in a remote environment and in person
• Background/experience in solutions, product, sales, or even engineering
• BS/BA at a 4-year accredited college: preferably a technology degree, or equivalent professional experience

• The expected OTE compensation for this role is between $100,000 - $150,000  for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
