Job Purpose and Impact
The HR Business Partner Administrator will serve as a member of the human resource solutions team responsible for delivering employee experience and employee relations services to the business. In this role, you will coordinate complex processes and deliver human resource services, which include monitoring compliance programs. You will also help execute and deliver employee experience services such as attendance, local training delivery and performance management.
Key Accountabilities
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions and provide guidance as the need arises.
- Advise and assist managers and supervisors to adhere to the company's human resources policies and procedures as they relate to a specific business unit, function or geographic location.
- Review employee files and work with supervisors to determine appropriate levels of disciplinary action.
- Maintain employee files for completeness to ensure all compliance training, development, disciplinary actions and performance are included.
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Prepare and distribute human resources metrics reports.
- You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish / English

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $23 - $25 per hour.
