Role overview

 

HR Services is the team of 15 experts working closely with HR departments within Carlsberg Group. Our main responsibilities are: supporting execution of global HR processes, implementing and developing global HR system for the whole Carlsberg Group, delivering consolidated HR analytics and managing Leadership Academy training. 

  

What you’ll be doing

 

• Supporting local HR departments using the system
• Problem and error solving related to the HR Cloud System, acting as the contact person for queries via phone and email and troubleshooting problems with system vendor
• Ensuring continuous improvement of the system
• Participation in HR projects
• Guiding local administrators in HR Cloud system functionality (e.g.: talent management, reporting)
• Promoting SuccessFactors as Carlsberg main HR platform
• Developing strong local HR knowledge base and self-service abilities

 

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a person who:

 

• Has working experience with cloud-based HR systems (previous experience with SuccessFactors or Workday would be an advantage)
• Has Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Is experienced in data analysis and administration
• Is an advanced user of Excel and preferably has experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools
• Navigates easily in Office365 environment
• Is good at planning, organizing and troubleshooting
• Has great communication skills
• Is service-minded/customer-oriented and demonstrates a “can do” attitude
• Is a good team player
• Has worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, international environment
• Shows flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
