Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product management activities for our property insurance underwriting SaaS Valuation platform and Data products.

The focus of responsibilities includes leading the entire product life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer, and focusing on creating profitable products that deliver value to our customers. Own new product design, product development & delivery, product analytics, ongoing product optimization, customer rollout support, and post-launch activities for your products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product strategy and vision to drive value for our customers.

  • Handle product roadmap planning, discovery, research, analysis, user stories/product requirements, user experience, defect management, and other product lifecycle functions.

  • Work with product management, engineering, client delivery, and sales team stakeholders to support building and launching customer-facing solutions for the property insurance industry.

  • Manage, support, and implement multiple software and data products concurrently in a dynamic environment.

  • Support the evaluation of new product opportunities that help drive revenue.

  • Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop prototypes to help define/refine product features and user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on product development initiatives. 

  • Support tactical activities between groups, facilitating problem-solving and communication.

  • Research and compile internal and external requirements from sources such as stakeholder interviews, surveys, requirements workshops, and related opportunities.

  • Write user stories, use cases, scenarios, reports, business cases, and user manuals.

  • Conduct product demos and overviews to internal stakeholders and external customers.

  • Collaborate with developers, product management, and subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs and help achieve product-market fit.

  • Participate as product owner in sprint reviews and ad hoc meetings on assigned projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience of Product Management experience with at least 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager for SaaS platform and Data & Analytics products.

  • 5+ years of Agile product development experience: Backlog refinement, scrums, and sprint planning, etc.

  • Strong track record of launching and managing successful SaaS platform products.

  • Prior experience with Property Insurance or P&C Insurance industry is a big plus.

  • Prior experience with AI products or Imagery AI analytics is a big plus.

  • Strong hands-on data and statistical analysis skills.

  • Ability to capture and analyze key product performance metrics using tools like Mixpanel.

  • Strong experience working with API technology and integration workflows.

  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and the Product Lifecycle components.

  • Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale software development projects.

  • Experience working with Design teams and knowledge of human-centric design principles.
