BI Data Analyst Job

For one of our UK-based client, we are looking for a BI Data Analyst who will join NTT DATA Romania.

The client is a leading global provider of reinsurance, primary insurance and insurance-related risk solutions.

 

What you can expect & what we want you to do

 

• Responsible for understanding, designing, and writing test scenarios and test cases; updating test cases based on the requirement changes.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of test scenarios, the raising of defects within the defect/change tracking system
• Execution of functional and regression test cases and validate results
• Understanding of test planning, scoping, estimation
• Maintain test execution logs
• Interact with SME and Client leads for all activities, as required
• Provide updates for Status Reporting 

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

 

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience on a similar role is required 
• Successfully completed studies in computer science, informatics, mathematics, or similar University profiles
• Expertise in testing Data migration and ETL projects
• ETL testing: Azure (ADF, Databricks) and SQL
• Report/Dashboard testing  
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in scrum teams
• Insurance domain knowledge and experience and 
• Previous experience of test management tools and defect tracking tools
• Working experience in an Onsite-Offshore model and facing client on daily basis
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Subscribe tool experience – Preference would be someone Insurance tools knowledge and experience
• Insurance and Re Insurance industry domain is desirable
• Data migration and ETL testing skills are desirable
• SQL querying experience and interrogation of backend system
• Advanced English skills are necessary
