Are you a knowledgeable and detail-oriented parts specialist who thrives on collaboration? Mercedes-Benz of Latham is looking for a new Parts Counter Professional who will be the key link between our service department and our parts inventory. If you have strong communication skills and a desire to help technicians complete their jobs efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Support our technicians: Work directly with our in-house mechanics to ensure they have the right parts at the right time. Your efficiency directly impacts on our service quality and speed.
• Source parts accurately: Use your knowledge of parts catalogs and our computer systems to look up, research, and order the correct parts for repair jobs.
• Manage inventory: Help keep our parts department clean, organized, and properly stocked. This includes pulling and filling orders, receiving deliveries, and tracking inventory levels.
• Provide expertise: Collaborate with techs to find the most effective parts solutions, helping them resolve issues and get cars out of the bay faster.
• Communicate effectively: Provide updates on special orders, back-ordered parts, and parts availability to service advisors and technicians.

Hours: Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday's

Salary: $45,000-$72,000 per year
