Field Maintenance
Position Purpose
Under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director, to maintain athletic fields and in an orderly, neat, safe and operable condition.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs tasks to keep athletic fields and in orderly, neat, and clean condition such as clearing disposing of trash, related tasks.
• Operates field equipment
• Inspects equipment and facilities, and recommends repair or replacement action to athletic director.
• Monitors safety and security of the facility.
• Opens and closes field gates, operate lighting and securely locked field prior to leaving
• Occasional work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Qualifications Profile
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.  Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

• High School Diploma.

• Successful experience in grounds/facility maintenance and repair.

   

$15-$18 per hour based on experience.
