YOUR ROLE
As the Regional Facilities Manager in the Real Estate department, this role maintains the efficient function of CEVA’s portfolio of facilities and supports the delivery of standardized and optimized Facilities Management services across the Region. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills and general technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance. You will take ownership of the definition and development of standards for day-day outsourced facilities maintenance across the Region.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Overall accountability for ensuring alignment of a Facilities Management (FM) Services vision and strategy with the wider Real Estate strategy and vision for the Region.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and allocation of funds for maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining high standards of facility management.
- Developing and disseminating best practices in FM delivery and management across the Region.
- Work with all areas of CEVA to ensure focus upon statutory compliance across all service functions. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Ensure that operational control and delivery of FM services in support of business operations is of the highest appropriate standard and that services are maintained at minimum risk to business operations.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of robust, consistent, appropriate and cost-effective facilities management within all CEVA buildings by:
- Developing consistent operating model and standards of service delivery.
- Delivering meaningful and consistent FM reporting.
- Implementing appropriate and consistent contract governance, format, structure and Terms & Conditions in partnership with Region General Procurement department.
- Implementing effective cross-country and industry benchmarking.
- Developing and disseminating best practice in FM delivery and management.
- Providing effective performance management and monitoring.
- Delivering consistent and continuing performance and cost improvement for FM
- Ensure Facilities Management asset registers are kept up to date and be a “super-user” of the internal IWMS (integrated workplace management system)
- Lead a large and decentralized team of Facilities Management experts and Third-Party Providers in the support of CEVA’s Product-driven business, while delivering best-in-class facilities management services.
