ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Senior Manager to join our Finance team and help drive our next phase of growth. Based remotely in Spain (ideally Barcelona), this key role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing deep financial insights and helping steer high-impact decisions across the business.

YOUR MISSION

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and key business drivers.
• Strategic Partnering: Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and M&A activities.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reporting packages for the executive team and board of directors, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

We’re looking for someone with a balance of hard and soft skills who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) role.

• A background in investment banking, corporate development, or a similar role at a technology company is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Qlik and SAP in particular).
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona is a plus, though the position is fully remote within Spain.
