Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties:  Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to translate business problem into analytical framework(s), and independently recommend actions and provide business insights. Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms using Python or SAS. Financial impact analysis using comparative financial statements, ratio analysis, and benchmarking analysis. Analytical model design using SQL, Snowflake, and Teradata; Data management and controls using Tableau and Archer GRC; Audit and analytical testing of models and tools.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $193,419 to $209,900. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
