The candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite. Location: Arlington, VA  Required Experience:

• Masters in engineering, physics or mathematics
• Minimum 10 years technical experience 
• Proficient in technical writing
• Clearance:  Top Secret, SCI eligible

 Desired Experience:

• Expert in Radio High Frequency Spectrum
• Radar Experience
• Experience with DoD R&D programs
