We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our business. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to optimize financial processes using SAP FICO modules.

Job Description:

• Implement SAP FICO Solutions: Lead and participate in the transformation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Financial Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of our existing financial processes, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for optimized SAP FICO solutions.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank accounting, Controlling (CO), and Treasury
• Integration Management: Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules, such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and also 3rd party applications.
• Financial Master & Transactional Data Management: Hands on experience in Managing Financial master & transactional data, e.g. G/L master, Cost Center, Profit Center, Business Partners, Assets, Cost objects, tax codes etc.
• End User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users on SAP FICO functionality, ensuring their understanding and adoption of the system.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support to production environment, troubleshoot issues, and perform system enhancements and upgrades as required.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical and functional documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user manuals. Generate reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including integration with other SAP modules.
• In-depth understanding of financial business processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
• Must have a good understanding of Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes.
• Proficiency in configuring SAP FICO modules and familiarity with related tools and technologies.
• Experience with data migration and integration of SAP FICO with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant SAP/Non SAP certifications good to have.
• ABAP debugging skill is a plus.
• Cross functional knowledge of other SAP modules( MM, SD etc.) is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of S/4 HANA advance topics ( like SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, Reporting & Analytics) is a plus
• Knowledge of Treasury is a plus .
• Fluent in business English.
