This position is onsite in Coventry, Rhode Island.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate:

·         Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of various products and parts

·         Test products to ensure specifications are met and document processing conditions

·         Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure quality of products

·         Maintain a clean and safe workstations and fabrication areas

·         Maintains required records of productions and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

Qualifications

 

Skills You Bring to This Role:

·         High School Diploma or GED/equivalent

·         At least 2 years experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.

·         Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs or digital work order systems.

·         Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·         Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products and other processing/fabrication equipment preferred.

·         Excellent verbal and communication skills, team player, and critical thinking skills

·         Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.

·         Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and ask for clarification when needed.

·         Willingness to contribute to team efforts and the overall success of the organization.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.

·         Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders an
