Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for experienced PRN Patient Registration Reps to join our Patient Access team!

Shift:
Work on an as needed basis – Will be required to work days, evenings, overnights. Occasional weekend and on call coverage

Job Description:

The Patient Registration Rep performs outpatient and inpatient registration functions, provides general information to hospital users, patients and families, ensures that patients meet financial requirement, and provides excellent patient focused customer service. The Patient Registration Rep communicates effectively to service delivery areas to maximize patient flow and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Medical Terminology required

• Previous experience in hospital admissions, business office and/or physician’s office preferred
