As our Sr. Digital Project Manager, you will…
Oversee all project aspects, from estimates and scopes to timelines and communication. Lead a range of projects including research, UX strategy, design, and development for the implementation of the Adobe Workfront platform. You'll ensure organization throughout the process. You'll identify risks, engage the right team members, and partner with Client Services to manage scope, timelines, and client communications. Facilitate scrums, work sessions, resource planning, and contingency strategies. You’ll deliver projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
Be Accountable and Responsible
- Be the hub of digital projects, owning the management of estimates, scopes, timelines, team communication, budget, and team resourcing
- Lead a range of engagement types spanning research, UX strategy, design, and development, including custom applications and enterprise marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Workfront
- Strong leadership in planning and facilitating meetings, project estimation, and collaboration with key discipline leads, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and conflict management across teams
- Demonstrates ownership of agency processes, confronts issues directly, and drives continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned, seeking efficiencies, and fostering creative ways to manage teams and distribute responsibilities across projects
- Bring organization and structure to the delivery approach, plan, and meeting execution for the MERGE team
- Identify project risks, issues, and needs, and loop in the appropriate team members from client services, strategy, experience design, digital design, business analysis, technology, and QA
- Partner with Client Services to proactively monitor and manage project scope, deliverables, priorities, timeline, and hours, escalating risks and concerns promptly
- Manage client communications, reviews, and feedback in collaboration with Client Services
- Facilitate regular project scrums and working sessions to keep the project on track
- Coordinate team resources and task assignments with the resource management team based on deliverables and project plan
- Assist with contingency planning, and problem resolution, recommending solutions to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality deliverables
- Manage approved staff plans based on the project scope
- Present project parameters and checkpoints to set client expectations and ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables
- Deliver detailed progress reports, financials, and forecasts on assigned digital projects to internal teams and Client Services as requested
- Track changes in scope and actual hours against the project plan, making adjustments to deliver on time and within budget
- Keep the Department Director aware of progress, raising concerns as quickly as possible
These are the qualifications we’re looking for
- 6-8 years of experience leading projects in a marketing agency or consulting environment
- 4-6 years of experience focused on Adobe Workfront implementations
- Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies<
