- Create strong business partnerships with RL Sales leadership.
- Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Lead and manage the
Revenue Finance team and set the priorities for individuals and the team. - Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to
manage revenue growth and profitability. - Assess market opportunities, analyze current business performance and build data models & infrastructure to extrapolate current and historical trends into forward-looking forecasts.
- Collaborate with business partners to create unit and Hardware/Software revenue forecast for RL business, understand business performance drivers and variance to plan.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as necessary to support and to enable sound investment decisions.
- Help business partners gain key insights into promotional and marketing spend with retailers through analyses and reporting.
- Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Finance, Economics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Requires 5 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Investment banking, business operations, or financial consulting, with a focus on financial analysis and planning
- 2. P&L Management & direct partnership with senior business leadership
- 3. Revenue forecasting using tools such as: Anaplan, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- 4. Data visualization software: Tableau, Power BI
- 5. Programming languages: SQL, Python
- 6. Data manipulation and analysis software: Microsoft Excel
- 7. Oracle Essbase for data analysis and reporting
- 8. SQL for database management and querying, and
- 9. Hyperion for financial planning and analysis.
