We are searching for a Senior Financial Consultant to join our Fractional CFO Services team on a remote basis. The Senior Financial Consultant plays a strategic role in advancing the firm’s fractional CFO services by delivering high-level financial analysis and advisory support to clients and prospects. This position is responsible for synthesizing complex financial data into actionable strategies, guiding decision-making, and shaping long-term financial planning. The Senior Financial Consultant will lead the development of KPI dashboards, optimize ERP, and reporting processes, and provide forward-looking insights that strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, analytics, or related experience.
- Fundamental understanding of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Preferred Education And Experience
- Certified Public Accountant
- Chartered Financial Analyst
- 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, analytics, or related experience.
- Familiarity with financial and ERP software solutions.
- Prior experience in public accounting or another professional services organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial, variance, and trend analyses to support CFO-level decision making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, scenario analysis, and forecasting tools.
- Consolidate financial data across multiple entities, departments, and systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in the development and deployment of KPI dashboards to monitor performance, strategic goals, and financial health.
- Serve as the primary resource for data extraction, harmonization, and reporting data from ERP and related financial/non-financial systems.
- Translate raw ERP and transactional data into client-ready financial dashboards and narratives.
- Harness large, complex datasets to aggregate and transform from disparate systems into unified, analysis-ready formats.
- Design and deliver actionable dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate across various organizational departments and work with cross-functional teams to execute goals.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in financial performance to inform strategic advisory efforts.
- Research industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.
