• Summary: Assist the division in daily operation or actvities involving Marketing and Sales
  Programs, Production Scheduling, and Freight by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Facilitating customer requests concerning new home orders.
• Providing quotes to the customer and collecting PO's.
• Working with marketing to provide sales literature.
• Generating production tickets with a close attention to accuracy.
• Working with the production team to schedule production.
• Keeping track of delivery dates and communicating them with the customer.
• Scheduling and coordinating freight.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Extreme organization.
• Follows direction.
