Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and oversee the manufacturing of electrical equipment, systems and components for custom products and/or equipment.

Create plans and drawings for electrical circuits, components, and equipment.

Design using CAD software to create models and layouts of electrical systems.

Estimate the cost of materials and labor for projects.

Prepare schematic wiring diagrams

Select components to meet the customer specifications and code requirements.

Works with other departments within the Manufacturing facility

Assists customers and with troubleshooting of electrical circuits and customer/technical support.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

2+ years of hands-on electrical design, circuit design, advanced mathematics, linear systems and analysis and electrical schematics.

Ability to read all applicable drawings, including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.

Proficiency with CAD for creating and modifying drawings and SolidWorks is highly desired.

High attention to detail and extremely organized.
