Fleet Services Administrative Support II

Role Overview:

Fleet Services Administrative Support II will provide support to the Fleet Team and Branches with general office clerical responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining fleet-related documents
  • Vehicle registrations
  • Plates
  • Titles
  • Insurance Cards
• Fuel cards.
  • Order, reassign, and block fuel cards.
  • Issue and terminate driver fuel PINs.
  • Follow up on suspicious fuel transactions.
• Data Entry.  Accurately entering data in the fleet management system.  Requires attention to detail.
• Toll tags.
• Truck Binders
• Other fleet-related duties

As a successful candidate, you possess the following attributes:

• Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and diverse organization.
• Must be highly organized and self-driven.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work closely with team members.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Data Entry of 2-5 years.
• General clerical and administrative experience of 2-5 years.
• Fleet Experience a plus.
